Co-Lead Pastors: Eric & Erica Giesow
Eric & Erica, pioneered & lead Alive Family Church as a husband-wife team. Eric is gifted as a dynamic speaker & leader and Erica’s sweet spot is teaching & strategic vision.
For eight years prior to launching Alive Family Church, Eric & Erica served on staff at Valley Family Church in Kalamazoo, MI, under the leadership of Pastors Jeff and Beth Jones. During that time, they pioneered the college-age ministry & discipleship program at VFC. Additionally, Eric served as an Executive Pastor over prayer & college-age discipleship, as well as serving for numerous years as the high school & middle school pastor.
Before working in ministry, Eric received a Business Marketing/Management degree from Northwood University and Erica a Secondary Education degree for English from Spring Arbor University. Both Eric & Erica received their Bible training and ministerial licensing & ordination through RHEMA Ministerial Association. Eric and Erica are high school sweethearts and together they have three children: Ella, Eli, and Ezra.
